My really really nice experience in Bergamo. Outstanding staff on reception and elsewhere. I loved a comfortable decor and lovely furniture. The location of the hotel was very central, next to the spectacular Milan Centrale railway station at the other end of the line and restaurants.

The property overall was clean and hip new, had cool staff and facilities. It was centrally set in a wonderful area. Besides, an established museum was 2 km away from the property. The staff did all they can for a superb stay.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was good, the location was ideal close to airport, city center. Beautiful staff, answered all questions. Croissants and cakes were excellent and overall there was plenty of food. The hotel was centrally situated.

Unbeatable location coupled with polite staff made our stay very pleasant. The room was classic double and most important - decent. The roof top bar was lively and the drinks were bottled.

The staff and rooms were exceptional. Marvellous view, a large balcony, very comfy bed, too. You could walk to shopping streets and a market. I loved that hotel was within walking distance of Trattoria Caprese, the food was nice. Efficient check out too😃😃

Pretty views all around the hotel. The place is easy walk to Bergamo downtown. The service was absolutely SUPERB. It deserves its 4 stars.
